O R D E R

By relying on judgement and decree dated 27.08.1990 in O.S.No.4 of 1990 and O.S.No.894 of 1989 and sale deed dated 25.03.1991 (Document No.878 of 1991), the petitioner had applied for the issuance of a patta. The present writ petition relates thereto.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's mother had purchased the property under the sale deed referred to above pursuant to the judgement and decree of the District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam. He also submits that patta transfer order was issued by the third respondent. On the ground that the Town Survey Land Register reflects the name of the fifth respondent, he submits that orders have not been passed as on date.

3. In spite of service of notice and the name of the fifth respondent being printed in the causelist, there is no representation for the fifth respondent.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the second respondent would consider and pass orders within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's request for joint patta within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and to the fifth respondent Temple.
