Respondent/Petitioner/Petitioner Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, to allow the Civil Revision Petition by setting aside the fair and decretal order passed in EP No.13 of 2022 in RLTOP No.1 of 2020, on the file of the Rent Control Authority and the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi dated 01.11.2023 and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter in D.No.2367/2024, dated 12.03.24, received from the Principal Disrict Judge, Virudhunager at Srivilliputhur, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in R.L.T.A.No.1 of 2022.

2. By the order dated 15.12.2023, this Court directed the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District, Srivilliputhur, to dispose the case in

R.L.T.A.No.1 of 2022, pending on his file, within a period of one months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted. The learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District, Srivilliputhur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
