ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.159 of 2022 dated 09.07.2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioners are concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.228 of 2022 and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives for further 2/4
adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
