2. In the cause title of the order dated 16.10.2025, the year of the WMPs as well as the names of the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2, 3 and 4 have been incorrectly typed. Therefore, the Registry is directed to make the following corrections in the cause title:- "(i). W.M.P.(MD).Nos.20017 & 21935 of 2025.

(ii). For R.2 & R.3 : Mr.S.Karthick Ramkumar. (iii).For R.4. Mr.Jayesh B.Dolia, Senior Counsel for M/s.Aiyar & Dolia."

3. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 16.10.2025 shall remain unaltered.

4.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments and issue a fresh order copy.
