ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Junior Engineer of the respondent Municipal Corporation seeking a Mandamus directing the second and third respondents herein to consider his representation, dated 11.09.2023 for promoting him to the post of Assistant Engineer on par with his junior.

2. Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.F.Deepak, learned Counsel takes notice for the third respondent.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits, the third respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 11.09.2023 and pass 2/4

orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
