The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide appropriate permission to the petitioner organization to conduct Dharma Rasha Awareness Yathra from 01.01.2023 to 17.01.2023 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the sixth respondent has rejected the writ petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2022 and hence, this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
