This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2013 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent or some other investigation agency.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 2nd respondent, after completing the investigation, closed the case as "Mistake of Fact. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. The 2nd respondent police is directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy, if not served already.
