ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and her family members from the respondents 3 and 4. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the petitioner herself has given a statement that since the other party was not co-operating, she will take necessary proceedings through Court of law and that no further action is necessary. On that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed. Subsequently, the petitioner has lodged another complaint before the first and second respondents on 09.12.2022.

3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.12.2022 and pass orders on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
