2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SORIMUTHU.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.575 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court and that the case is pending for trial.

CRL MP(MD) No.16315 of 2022 report before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
