O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate, in respect of Sale Deed Document No.2860/1986, dated 26.08.1986, to the petitioner by considering her representation, dated 16.06.2023, in a time bound manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given complaint dated 16.06.2023 and representation dated 25.09.2023, before the respondent for missing of his Doc.No.2860/1986 registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Melakarur, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has also sent a representation to the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 16.06.2023 as well as the representation dated 25.09.2023 are pending. 2/4

Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
