This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to accord adequate police protection with armed force for protecting the petitioner's life and limb in the light of the recommendation that has been made by the first respondent vide her letter No.82539/Police.16/2015-1, dated 11.01.2016, and based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2023, forthwith.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that protection has been given to the petitioner's house and also to the petitioner. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
