By complaining of an unlawful patta transfer, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal thereof.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. By placing on record a copy of the inquiry notice for an inquiry dated 26.09.2025, he submits that the inquiry would be concluded within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.

3. Given the limited scope of this Writ Petition, it is not necessary 2/4

to issue notice to the private respondents. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal after providing a reasonable opportunity to all the parties thereto. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
