Mr.R.Sureshkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.212/2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 394 IPC in Crime No.212 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein and other accused have waylaid the defcto complainant and robbed the Mobile Phone and also Wallet 1/3

and he has also threatened him with dire consequences demanding money. Hence, the complaint.

3. The leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that petitioner herein and other accused said to have waylaid the defcto complainant and robbed the Mobile Phone and also Wallet and he has also threatened him with dire consequences demanding money.

5. Considering the serious nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
