Prayer in CRP(MD) No.869 of 2014 Civil Revision Petition is filed under section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control ) Act No.18 of 1960 as Amended by Act No.23 of 1973 and Act No.1 1980, to set aside the order dated 28.02.2014 passed in R.C.A.No.33 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge (Appellate Authority) Madurai, confirming the order dated 30.03.2010 passed in R.C.O.P. No.56 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court (Rent controller) Madurai Town by allowing this Civil revision petition and to grant such other relief.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Jerin Mathew Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Poornachandran, Advocate for the Sole Respondent this Court made the following order: The above application has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.06.2021 in C.R.P.(MD).No.869 of 2014, which was ordered to be dismissed for non prosecution and restore the petition on file.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to restore the civil revision petition on file.
