ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in SC.No. 212 of 2017 on the file of the Learned II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur District, and transfer the same to any other court of neighbourhood District or Pudukkottai District.

2. This petition has been filed by making some allegations against the presiding officer. After a lapse of 3 years, there is no chance to conduct the case by the same presiding officer since he might have been transferred to some other place.

3. In view of the same, the grounds raised by the petitioner cannot be considered at this stage.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
