ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.211 of 2021 dated 01.08.2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation has filed a final report in CNR No.TNTT07010147/22, dated 27.07.2022. He would further submit that the first respondent has also filed an alteration report, wherein, the accused Nos.2 and 4 were ordered to be deleted.
