ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to re-open the case and to re-investigate the case in connection with Crime No.45 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that Referred Charge Sheet notice have been served, but it was not received and the same was affixed in the door of the petitioner's house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is not factually correct.

5. This Court is not willing to go into the same. Suffice it is for the respondent to serve copy of the Referred Charge Sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the petitioner approaches the respondent police, the respondent police is directed to re-open the case in Crime No.45 of 2013 and re-investigate the same and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
