PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Cr.No.58 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 354A and 509 of IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2008, in Crime No.58 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is an habitual offender, against whom, there are five previous cases pending, which are as follows:
