O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the impugned summon dated 17.12.2022 issued by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that now, the complaint given by the defacto complainant was withdrew by her based on the execution of deed in her favour by the petitioner. Hence, the case was closed and the petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
