This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation regarding the case in Crime No.140 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of any other nearby police station.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 2nd respondent, after completing the investigation, closed the case as "Mistake of Fact'.
