ORDER
When it was pointed out that the Petitioner, viz., Sundrasan, who is holding the post of Senior Manager, Union Bank of India, cannot prosecute the Writ Petition for the relief claimed in his individual capacity, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the concerned Bank to file a fresh Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
