Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition-mentioned documents that were executed and registered for the period from 2006, 2021 and 2022. Obviously, the petitioner invokes the power conferred on the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.27336 OF 2023 first respondent under Section 77A of the Registration Act. The petitioner has to necessarily abide by the outcome of the decision of the Hon'ble Larger Bench. Based on the decision of the Hon'ble Larger Bench, the first respondent will take a call in the petitioner's representation.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
