This petition has been filed to call for the records connected with charge sheet in the proceedings in S.C.No.263 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Madurai and quash the same as illegal.

2. The petitioners herein are accused Nos. 1 to 3 in S.C.No.263 of 2012 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Madurai. They filed this application to call for the charge sheet with regard to the above said case and to quash the same as illegal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petition mentioned case in S.C.No.263 of 2012 was disposed by the learned Presiding Officer of the Mahila Court, Madurai on 06.01.2016, in which, all the petitioners were acquitted. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
