ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner is the purchaser of the petition mentioned property. Sale deed dated 03.09.2025 has been executed by the petitioner and it is presented for registration. The Registrar citing Section 22 A of the Registration Act declined to register the document. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.

3.The petitioner undertakes before this Court that what the petitioner has purchased is an agricultural property and that without getting approval from the competent authority, he will not carryout any developmental activity. 2/4

4.Recording the same, I quash the impugned refusal check slip. The parties are permitted to re-present the document. It shall be registered and released subject to the fulfilment of other usual formalities. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed.
