O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to cancel the bail that was granted in favour of the second respondent by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi District in Crl M.P No.7852 of 2024 by an order dated 20.11.2024. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 3.This Court carefully considered the submissions made on either side and also perused the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. This Court finds that the sessions Judge has given sufficient reasons while enlarging the second respondent on bail and has also directed the second respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs, which was also deposited. A1 and A2 have already been arrested in this cse and they were later released on bail. A4 is yet to be arrested in this case.

4.This Court does not find any ground to cancel the bail granted in favour of the second respondent and there are no strong circumstances warranting the cancellation of bail.
