ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.16 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the respondent police has filed a final report before the jurisdictional Court and the same was returned. However, the respondent police have not taken any steps to re-present the same till now. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is ready and the same is yet to be filed before the jurisdictional Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
