ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the pursuant to the complaint given by one Kirubakaran against the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the third respondent on 11.09.2025.
