ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of his representation dated 15.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, they called the petitioners for enquiry. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioners. However, the main complaint itself was closed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioners is to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners and the 3rd respondent has also denied the alleged harassment, and they called the petitioners for enquiry based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, the main petition itself was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
