O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the contemors.

2.I have no doubt in my mind that the meeting that took place on 06.11.2022 organized by the contemnors was in violation of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24950 of 2022. The contemnors realizing the gravity of the situation have filed undertaking affidavits before this Court. They have categorically stated that they sincerely regret what happened and that they would not use the proceedings in any pending litigation.

3.In view of my finding that the order of this Court has been breached, it is declared that all the proceedings that took place on 2/4

06.11.2022 are null and void and stand obliterated. Since the respondents have not contested these proceedings and also filed an affidavit of apology and undertaking, I close this contempt petition with the aforesaid declaration.
