ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.233 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that this Court had already granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction to cooperate with the investigation. However, the petitioner has not cooperated with the investigation.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The interim anticipatory bail earlier granted by this Court is hereby vacated.
