To call for the records and set aside in the Judgement passed by the Learned 5th Additional and District Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.A.No.33/2022 dated 16.08.2023 confirming the Judgement passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, in CC No.55 of 2019 dated 07.04.2022 and revise the same. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 14636/ 2023 :

To suspend the sentence imposed in the Judgment passed by the Learned 5th Additional and District Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.A.No.33/2022 dated 1/3

16.08.2023 confirming the Judgement passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, in CC No.55 of 2019 dated 07.04.2022 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above said Criminal Revision Petition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.14636 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD). No.1147 of 2023, dated 16.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the suspension of sentence granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
