The instant writ petition has been filed by a Manager of the respondent organisation, challenging a charge memo dated 22.09.2023. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, explanation has been called for and he has also submitted his explanation. 3.Per contra, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that an enquiry has been completed and a report has been submitted to the second respondent in December 2024 and he would pass final orders as expeditiously as possible.

4.Considering the fact that an enquiry has been completed and the second respondent is about to pass final orders, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
