Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Impugned Order of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.436/A.Aa.B/2023 dated 31.01.2024 and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the 4th Respondent to register the Sale Agreement dated 02.09.2023 presented by the Petitioner in accordance with law and release the same and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The Counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
