This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.164 of 2023, dated 20.08.2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147,447,294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already investigation was completed, there are prima facie materials available as against the petitioner in the said case and the final report has also been filed.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
