This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent police, not to pursue his action towards getting Prisoners Transmit Warrant (P.T.Warrant) from the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, in connection with S.T.C.No.563 of 2011 pending on its file.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the case in STC No.563 of 2011 against the accused ended in acquittal.
