This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in HS.No.47 of 2003 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. .

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the Sub Inspector of Police, Pazhavoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District has already sent a letter to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vallioor recommending for removal of the writ petitioner's name in the history sheet and that the same will be considered in the next meeting.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vallioor is 2/4

directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner's dated 17.11.2022 and pass orders in the light of the recommendation of the Sub Inspector of Police, Pazhavoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District in the next meeting.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
