2.The petitioner is the Vice-president of the petition mentioned panchayat. She apprehends that in the proposed meeting to be held on 26.12.2022 her cheque signing powers may be withdrawn. The fact remains that as on date the petitioner has not suffered any adverse order. As and when an adverse order is passed against her, he can question the same in the manner known to law. Leaving open the rights of the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
