ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports that the petitioner herein is a juvenile and the Juvenile Justice Board has conducted the proceedings and concluded by terminating the proceedings in J.C.No.84 of 2022 under Section 14(4) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, vide order dated 12.07.2023.

2. In view of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the quash petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
