ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants patta to be issued in respect of the petition mentioned sale deed. He has given a patta transfer application to the respondent. Till date no order has been passed. The respondent is directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
