Complainant PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.6 of 2020, dated 02.01.2020 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.6 of 2020, dated 02.01.2020 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same..
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, after completing the investigation, Final Report was filed before the Juvenile Justice Board on 13.10.2023 and it was taken cognizance in J.C.No.96 of 2023.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
