Prayer in WP(MD)No.19239 of 2022 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to settle the pending remaining amount of Rs.70,34,990/- for construction of seed storage godowns 1 and 2 in Annapannai in Kudumiyanmalai in Annavasal Block of Pudukottai District, with the assistance from (SMSP) 2019-20, with an interest of 8 percent till the payment of money and within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
