When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also submitted a letter dated 07.08.2025, to the Registrar (Judicial), Madras High Court Madurai Bench, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition based on the instruction from the petitioner.
