[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from opening the TASMAC shop in Survey No.691/4C, Ponkinkalai, Kadayal Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District or any other place under the limit of 12th and 14th Wards of Kadayal Town Panchayat, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2022.

2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3, Mr.S.Sivanesan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and Mr.K.Balasubramani, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 4th respondent.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that there is no proposal for opening the shop as alleged by the petitioner. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition stands closed.
