This criminal original petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2 and 3 respondents, particularly to the 3rd respondent to give adequate police protection to conduct the general body meeting of the petitioner's society in the BMS School premises to be held on 26.11.2023 and consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023.

2.By the order dated 20.11.2023, the District Registrar, has passed an order, permitting the petitioner to convene the General Body Meeting, in view of the issue happening before the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, in O.S.No.114 of 2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it was suppressed. It has been passed behind his back. If it is so, he can challenge the same in the manner known to law. 2/4
