2. The National Highways acquired 106 sq.mts. of land belonging to the petitioner. There is no proposal to acquire any further land for the present. It is made clear by the respondents that any acquisition will adhere to due process of law. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
