ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 & R2.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. Though the petitioner has questioned the impugned order dated 26.11.2022, the petitioner's counsel states that he would be satisfied, if there is a direction to the Sub Court, Melur to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.31 of 2010 within a period of four weeks after the concerned respondents are served. The learned Sub Judge, Melur is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.31 of 2010 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. All the contentions of the writ petitioner are left open. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
