ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner must obtain relief only before the jurisdictional civil Court. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a civil suit. If any suit is filed by the petitioner against the third respondent and others, it shall be taken on file immediately subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities and the plaint being in order. If any such IA is filed, it shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
