[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action against the 7th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022. 2.Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2, 3, 5 and 6. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the 7th respondent is dispensed with.

3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The learned Government Pleader for the respondents 2, 3, 5 and 6 has brought to the notice of this Court that based on the complaint given by the

petitioner, the 2nd respondent has initiated proceedings dated 18.11.2022 under Section 205 of Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 and a copy of the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court. 5.Recording the aforesaid proceedings, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to proceed further in accordance with law. If any adverse order is passed by the 1st respondent, it is open to the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent for taking necessary action. No costs.
