ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. In fact, the the third respondent has been served and the service on the other respondents is awaited. It is not necessary for this Court to wait for completion of service. All that the petitioner wants is initiation of action on the petition mentioned complaint. The document in question is of the year 2022. The first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petition mentioned complaint within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
