ADVANCE ORDER In the result, this Suo Motu Transfer Petition stands disposed and C.C.No.147 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District pending against the accused is hereby quashed. Accused is confined in District Jail, Ramanathapuram. The Jailer, District Jail, Ramanathapuram is hereby directed to release him forthwith, unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
